There are always activities going on at First Christian Church for men, women, and children. Some are every week and some are seasonal. This is the place to look for upcoming events, studies, activities, outings, and so much more! It changes weekly so be sure to check back frequently to see where you fit in and what activities you would like to be a part of to learn more about the church.
We will be having a spaghetti meal on June 14th following worship service. This is hosted by our Fellowship committee and they will be providing all the food! All you do is show up and enjoy, visit, and maybe sit with someone you do not know very well. We will be taking up a LOVE offering that the Fellowship committee will use for a future event (aren't you curious now?). Everyone is welcome. If you are financially unable to contribute to the LOVE offering, please come eat with us. If you would like to come eat with us, please sign up during worship service or call the church office (527-8560) so we can get your name on the list and prepare enough food for everyone to leave with a full belly. HOPE YOU CAN COME.

Calling all men! Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the gym is filled with the smell of freshly brewed coffee, laughter, and conversation that ranges from hunting, cars, hobbies, relationships, and grandkids. All men are invited to join in the Men's Gathering that starts around 9:00 am. They brew some coffee, have conversation, catch up, and sometimes some sweet treats show up around birthdays. If you are looking for a group of men to be a part of, come introduce yourself...they would love to add you to the group.

Each Tuesday there is a Bible study group that meets in the church at 10:00 am. This group is not only made up of church members but also members of the community. You do not have to attend the church to be a part of our studies.

Have children or grandchildren looking for some fun & Bible lessons? Come check out our Wednesday night AGAPE fun. They meet in the activity building at 5:15 where they have a time of prayer, study a lesson/scripture, enjoy a meal together (families welcome to eat also!), songs, and games wrapping up at 7:00 pm. AGAPE is currently on *pause* over the summer but read on to learn about the Summer AGAPE Fun where we meet for 5 fun events over the summer.

June 10: Maggie's Jungle Golf (5:00-7:00 pm).
Cost is $5.00 to golf, $1.00 if you want to do the jungle walk, $2.00 shaved ice & $10 to rent a golf cart.
You must have transportation to/from Maggie's Jungle Golf.
We will serve McDonald's hamburgers, fresh fruit, brownies, water/juice.

June 17: Mike Miller Park Splash Pad (5:00-7:00 pm)
There is no cost for this event but a LOVE offering will be accepted.
Please bring a towel and wear your swimsuit or clothing you will SPLISH SPLASH in.
You must have transportation to/from Mike Miller Park.
We will serve pizza, fresh fruit, cookies, and water/juice.

July 8: Movie Night at the church (5:00-7:00 pm)
There is no cost for this event but a LOVE offering will be accepted.
We will serve taco bar, popcorn, M&Ms, water/juice.

July 22: Neon Night at the church (5:00-7:00 pm)
There is no cost for this event but a LOVE offering will be accepted.
We will serve chicken nuggets, french fries, fruit kabobs, popsicles, water/juice.

We also have a ladies group (Christian Women's Fellowship) that meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm in the church. There is a leader for each month along with a hostess. They are currently taking a break during June/July but will resume in August.
