There are always activities going on at First Christian Church for men, women, and children. Some are every week and some are seasonal. This is the place to look for upcoming events, studies, activities, outings and so much more! It changes weekly so be sure to check back frequently to see where you fit in and what activities you would like to be a part of to learn more about the church.
Each year we go to Camp Kum-Ba-Ya and have a Service At The Lake. This year we will be at the camp on September 13th starting at 10:00 am with baptisms. There will be fried chicken, sides, desserts, beverages, worship, songs, and a whole lot of fun!!! Bring your camp chair if you like, sunscreen, towels, etc. We will kick it off down by the water with a few glorious baptisms. If you do not attend First Christian Church and would like to attend this fun outing, please give our office a call and we will get more chicken!!! Everyone is welcome to attend.
Calling all men! Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the gym is filled with the smell of freshly brewed coffee, laughter, and conversation that ranges from hunting, cars, hobbies, relationships and grandkids. All men are invited to join in the Men's Gathering that starts around 9:00 am. They brew some coffee, have conversation, catch up, and sometimes some sweet treats show up around birthdays. If you are looking for a group of men to be a part of, come introduce yourself...they would love to add you to the group. You do NOT have to attend FCC to attend.

Each Tuesday there is a Bible study group that meets in the church at 10:00 am. This group is not only made up of church members but also members of the community. You do not have to attend the church to be a part of any of our events.

Have children or grandchildren looking for some fun & Bible lessons? Come check out our Wednesday night AGAPE fun. They meet in the activity building at 5:20 pm where they have a time of prayer, study a lesson/scripture, enjoy a meal together (families welcome to eat also), songs, and games wrapping it up at 7:00 pm. ******************** We also have a ladies group (Christian Women's Fellowship) that meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm in the church. There is a leader for each month along with a hostess. Come be a a part of this group.

Men, it's time to be courageous! in 2011 a movie named "Courageous" was released. It is a move about a man who was losing his way and sought to do something about it. He came up with a way to honor God, his self and his family. On September 24th we would like all men of the church & community to join us in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00 PM for a viewing of this movie and community prayer afterwards. Snacks & drinks will be provided. Please contact the church office (527-8560) by September 20th if you would like to attend.
