The Men's Exercise Group is a handful of men that meet every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the CAB (Christian Activity Building) to incorporate some exercise into their week. Some shoot hoops, some walk inside/outside...everyone works at their own pace and comfort level. This is a great opportunity for someone who may be limited in their level of activity and needs weekly exercise (whether under the doctor's orders or the spouse's). Coffee and communication are always present as well. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for male companionship with a little exercise thrown in there.
